Why did you take the Plymouth job?
What was attractive about it, was that I connected with the owner straight away. I had an intense 14 months as Watford head coach. I'm a football, man. I didn't want to rest. I wanted to get straight back in and spoke with Simon Hallett in the summer and we connected straight away.
